Under the 2013 Consumer Contracts Regulations, a customer has the right to cancel an order from the time that the order is placed until 13 days from the date that the goods are received. However, we accept returns up to 21 days from the date the goods are received.

If you wish to cancel an order that has already been received, please ensure that the item(s) is returned to us, unworn and in a re-saleable condition within 21 working days from the date of receipt.
Occasionally, an error may occur and goods may be either incorrectly priced or described in which case we will not be obliged to supply the goods at the incorrect price or in accordance with the incorrect description. We reserve the right to correct any errors on their discovery. We will (at our discretion) cancel your order and use reasonable endeavors to inform you of this. We will cancel your order and refund the price you have paid.
Please note that your order value is final and no discount can be applied retrospectively if the price of the item purchased is later reduced. It is the nature of retail that prices can be altered to reflect current promotions and we are unable to provide a partial refund on items that have been discounted since your original order was placed.
All payments are taken in pounds Sterling and all purchases will be liable to VAT at the prevailing UK rate.
Shopshoe Ltd. reserves the right to cancel any orders containing an increased quantity of items which we suspect are being made for re-sale or wholesale.
We are happy to be able to offer promotional discounts from time to time on our website but we reserve the right to withdraw these promotions at any time. More than one offer can not be used in the same order. This includes the use of two promotional codes. The 10% off first order offer is excluded from sale items and isn’t available in conjunction with any other offers.

Returns Terms and Conditions
We offer a 21 Day Money Back Guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us for a full refund less are restocking fee of £4.99. All items must be returned unworn, in their original condition with all packaging and any tags intact.
There are two ways you may return it to us:
1) By using the prepaid returns label, You can use this label take to any Post Office (just keep a copy of the tracking number) and we will then deduct just £4.99 from your refund when the item is received back.
2) By sending your order to the following address using the courier of your choice. Please note this will be at your own cost and we recommend using a trackable delivery service.

Why are returns not free postage? We have two choices. We could add an amount to all postage amounts to cover the cost of returns and then offer 'free' returns, but this would mean everyone pays for only a few people's returns, we see this as being unfair, as we prefer to charge as little as possible to all of our customers.
We aim to process all returns within 5-10 working days of receiving the item back.
Any next-day UK postage charges will not be refunded on returns made.

As we are a fast-moving fashion company, styles and sizes are constantly selling out, we also refresh our collection every single week of the year. Unfortunately, we are therefore unable to hold styles or sizes for you to exchange.
To avoid disappointment, if you require exchanges of a different style or size please return the original order for a refund and then place a new order for the desired style or size.
